At Agricola Guerreschi, we strongly believe that being sustainable is more than just producing a high quality wine and olive oil. It is, firstly, respecting the environment and preserving natural resources of the territory that bears our grapes and olives, hence, using the solar panels and the electric – only machinery to suit our needs in the field. Being sustainable has easily become our only choice from the onset and we are working daily to put this philosophy into practice.

The Valpolicella region is immensely graced with an abundant sun that we have naturally decided to use our solar panels to aliment our irrigation system and the tractor used for agricultural chores during the year. This way we don’t have to depend on a non-renewable energy supply or deal with its impact on our local eco-system, undermining the quality of our produce. Practically, the SUN gives us wonderful grapes, olives and also the energy to take care of all that without compromising the sustainable practices adopted. Our olives and grapes enjoy the water supplies available in the Valpolicella grounds, thanks to our smart well and irrigation system. What could be a better vow to a sustainable agriculture for years to come?!

Solar energy powers our production facilities such us use of electric tractors, powering the water pumps etc. This ensures that every bottle of wine and every drop of olive oil is crafted with minimal environmental impact.

Grown on the hill of San Dionigi, in the enchanting area framed by Valpolicella, each olive is grown to perfection before being cold pressed to extract a liquid gold that embodies the very soul of the Mediterranean. Our olive oils are a symphony of flavors: from robust and peppery to delicate and fruity.
Our olive oil is known for its distinctive qualities. It has a fruity flavor with notes of almond, artichoke and, sometimes, a slightly spicy aftertaste.
